When Data2Decide conducts a benchmark into IT cost, we look at where and to what extent these differ from comparable organizations. The report contains the difference in cost of the internal IT and on the other hand the difference in cost of the outsourced services.
Data2Decide makes a distinction between IT infrastructure cost (including hardware), application cost (software licenses and maintenance), FTEs (technical management, application management, functional management etc.) and governance cost.
This approach enables customers to have an insight into their own IT cost compared to their peers. The report does not only contain saving potential per service, Data2Decide will create even more efficiency and transparency by giving recommendations about the FTE distribution and about agreements with suppliers.
