The IT data we collect is stored in our database. Besides data retrieved from external sources Data2Decide collects data from assignments, and from organizations that use our free price check. It is obvious that we treat this data with the utmost confidentiality. It is our concern that your data is safely stored without possible intrusion by unwanted persons or systems.
Stored information
The information we collect concerns descriptions, prices, costs, volumetric information, service level information, scope, etc., connected to services (e.g. Service Desk, Database Management, Application Development) and small IT components such as vCPU prices in the public cloud, hardware, software and FTE costs related to services.
What we promise
As we work with third party data, we do this according to certain principles and have to keep (GDPR) legislation in mind.
At Data2Decide Security is by Design and Privacy by Default. All (sensitive) IT data we collect is safely and securely stored in the database.
Our database is encrypted, and access is granted based on two factor authentication. Our systems are checked on vulnerabilities on a regular basis.
Data2Decide has a high priority on transparency. We are very clear on the number of price points that are in our database and the number of price points applicable to a price check or benchmark
